An unfinished maze, the visual motif for The Maze

THE MAZE™

IN DEVELOPMENT

A dark narrative dice game where every decision is settled by chance, and the world remembers what you accept.

Overview

The Maze is a story-driven experience built around irreversible choices and the weight of dice. You move through a hostile, reactive space where outcomes are decided by chance and the consequences linger. The focus is on atmosphere, tension, and the quiet dread of accepting whatever the roll gives you.

The game is being developed as a series of connected chapters. The first chapter is currently in active design.

TL;DR: A chapter-based narrative game where you choose a direction, dice decide the outcome, and the world remembers every consequence. The first chapter is currently in development.

Features

Dice-Driven Fate

Every meaningful decision is resolved by dice. You choose the direction — the roll decides what actually happens.

Reactive World

The environment remembers your choices, your scars, and the things you carry. Nothing stays neutral for long.

Atmospheric Storytelling

Pixel-style visuals, layered audio, and a cold narrative voice work together to keep the tension constant.

Meaningful Items

Everything you pick up has a purpose. Some uses are obvious. Others only reveal themselves much later.

Chapter Structure

One continuous story told across multiple releases. Each chapter stands on its own while feeding the larger descent.

Growing Power, Growing Cost

Special dice and abilities can be earned, but almost every advantage carries a price the world will collect later.
